Enrollment Management

I have expertise in enrollment management from my service at three different institutions, where I led various SEM departments, including Outreach, Marketing, Admissions, and Financial Aid. I offer invaluable insights on fostering a student-first culture, driving enrollment, and delivering exceptional results by realizing the potential of each of these areas when the underlying values are connected. Title IX

While overseeing Title IX, I instituted significant best practices grounded in education, care, and support while adhering to system, state, and federal guidelines. As a confidential thought partner, I help formulate personal solutions for managing, recovering, and thriving and coach Title IX/Equity Coordinators.

Helping improve processes and experiences for claimants has become central to my academic progression, as these issues are deeply personal to me. After enduring two superiors reported by staff and students for their Title IX infractions, I understand the toll that overseeing these processes can take.

I advise structuring, organizing, and implementing best practices for your campus culture, including implementing recommendations according to state and federal audit stipulations. I can:

Set up structure and organization designed for each campus and implement best practices;

Develop implementation plans following recommendations from state or federal audits;

Coaching for Title IX/Equity Coordinators.

Performance Management Strategies

I serve as a thought partner for personnel performance management, as supervisors often lack the expertise or confidence to address staff performance deficits. HR primarily focuses on regulations and typically does not prioritize support in developing these vital measures. 

Having worked in public universities, I am well-versed in the intricacies of union environments. I have successfully worked in concert with union guidelines to improve staff performance. I can:

Coaching Managers on how to help improve the performance of staff;

Coach Managers to develop step-by-step performance plans, which can include how to performance out if desired;

Assist in writing evaluations and execute thoughtful and empathetic performance conversations.

Time, Place, and Manner Policy

Bespoke consulting in developing and refining TPM/free speech policies for higher education institutions. Guidance centered on fostering a campus environment that balances free expression with inclusivity and respect. I ensure compliance with system guidelines while promoting open dialogue and adherence to institutional policies and values.
